Today we are introducing the new Bexley Technology website: a clearer place to explore how we help organisations change the systems and processes their work depends on.
Bexley Technology brings together experienced architecture and engineering leadership with a trusted network of specialist collaborators. We work across healthcare, manufacturing, IT and business solutions, connecting technical decisions to the people, information and processes they support.
Change that starts with the real problem
For more than three decades, our experience across Europe and the Middle East has centred on transformation: redesigning and reengineering systems, improving processes, and helping teams move from constrained platforms to systems they can build on.
That work spans enterprise and solution architecture, data platforms and engineering, cloud, software development and applied AI. The right answer depends on what needs to improve. Sometimes that means understanding an existing system before making a decision. Sometimes it means shaping a target design, connecting data, modernising a component or delivering a focused piece of software.
Start with a manageable engagement
We shape work around a defined need. An engagement might assess and prioritise the next changes, redesign a system and plan a staged route forward, or reengineer and deliver a bounded improvement. Where an organisation needs senior technology direction, we can also provide fractional CTO and technology leadership.
We agree the scope, outputs and measures of success before work begins. As it progresses, decisions stay visible, delivery happens in reviewable steps and knowledge is handed over to the people who will carry the work forward.
The new site introduces our services, the technologies we work with and examples of relevant experience. It also provides a starting point for a conversation about your own systems and priorities.
