Privacy notice
This notice explains what information is processed when you visit this website or contact us. The organisation responsible for that information is identified under “Who is responsible” on this page.
What this website does not do
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It contains no forms. Its pages, styles, fonts and images are delivered from our own web server; it does not load scripts or other resources from third-party services.
Guided project assistant
The assistant displays prewritten answers included on this page. It does not use an AI service, and your selections are not sent or saved by the website. If you choose its email link, your device opens your own email application. Information is shared with us only if you choose to send a message, as described under Email enquiries.
Web server logs
Your browser sends technical information needed to deliver the page, including your IP address and the requested address. The website’s current server configuration does not enable per-request access logs. Operational error logs may contain technical details needed to diagnose a fault.
Technical information is used to operate the website and investigate faults, rather than to build visitor profiles. This website is hosted on a Hetzner virtual server and currently has no content-delivery network in front of it.
Email enquiries
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use this to reply to you and to discuss any work you have asked about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Email is handled by our email provider rather than by this website. We keep enquiries only for as long as they are needed for these purposes and for any related legal or accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to access it, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details on this page.
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If the way this website handles information changes, this notice will be updated to match.
